Members go to the Flight Circle portal @ www.flightcircle.com.
Club management will issue the proper credentials for login. Scheduling guidelines will be updated over time but will include;
- Reservation duration not exceeding 3 hours
- Reservation limited to 1 per day
- Frequency limited to 4 reservations per calendar week
- Overnight approval
- Club management can extend the limitations above
