We are seeking membership from beginners to certificated pilots of all ages and experience levels as well as individuals to want to travel more efficiently. Membership Basics
A General Membership Application is required to be submitted for acceptance to The Club. The Club has an application fee of $250, and a monthly membership fee (dues) of $100 to maintain club membership. Current members have access to our fleet at the published member usage rates.
Our club uses scheduling software to reserve flights, note any "squawks", track maintenance, and maintain member accounts. Our software also tracks club and personal needs for flight reviews, medical ratings, etc.
We maintain our aircraft to the highest standards and you will find them to be well maintained, clean, and ready for service. All members contribute to the condition of our aircraft by keeping them clean, neat, and properly logged.
Pilots that are rated for single engine and above are required to have current non-owner's insurance. We have insurance partners with very affordable rates. Students training for single engine are covered by other policies.
Application Instructions
All membership forms must be completed and submitted via email or in person.
If you are a rated pilot, please use your complete name as registered with the FAA. Typically this is your full name as would be referenced on your FAA license.
1. Review the Associate Membership Agreement and the Policy and Procedures document. You must be aware of these policies as a club member.
2. Complete the Membership Application. You can deliver by hand or email to info@clubav8.com.
3. If you are a rated pilot, please submit your Non-Owners Aircraft Insurance that meets the minimum requirements of the club.
4. Request a meeting with club management via email or phone on the Contact Us page.
*Once approved, new members will receive an invoice for the application fee and first month's dues.
